About the role:

We’re looking for aRecruiter, who is excited to partner with our leadership team to identify top talent, build diverse pipelines, and hire world class talent at Nirvana. At Nirvana we believe that hiring is a true partnership between recruitment and interview teams; you will act as the subject matter expert to ensure that we are acting as one team with the best candidate experience.

You'll be responsible for managing the recruitment process from start to finish for your roles as well as improving hiring processes to make sure candidates and hiring teams have a great experience.

We’re a distributed team spread across the US India, and offices in San Francisco, CA Columbus, OH. This role is based out of Bangalore office.

What you’ll do:

  • Partner with our founders and hiring managers to build out a strong team based on our values
  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process including sourcing, selection, interviewing and closing
  • Use creative means to source for top talent that builds a diverse pipeline of candidates
  • Improve our current processes to continue to create scalability as we go from 50 to 100 worldwide
  • Own metrics for your roles including conversion through pipeline and outreach response rates
  • Act as a Nirvana brand ambassador in all interactions

About you:

  • Extensive recruiting experience as a full cycle recruiter in the B2B SaaS space
  • Substantial experience building creative sourcing strategies for hard to fill roles
  • Loves crafting a hiring strategy that supports our company values
  • Excited to learn Nirvana's unique culture and help influence this positive culture
  • Passion for building diverse, equitable, and inclusive teams
  • 2+ years of in house recruiting experience
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Experience with Greenhouse Gem is considered an asset.
