We are seeking a strategic and commercially minded Staff Product Manager to drive the vision for Retail Intelligence. This role will lead the expansion of our mature reporting platform and launch new, innovative data intelligence solutions across our Unified Commerce solutions. You will take ownership of the product lifecycle from discovery through delivery to sunset, identifying unmet customer needs, market opportunities, and driving commercial outcomes.
In this pivotal role, you will partner with Engineering, Design, Data Science, GTM, and executive teams to shape the future of intelligent retail. You will lead initiatives across squads and domains, develop and execute a monetization strategy for data products, and play a thought leadership role in positioning NewStore's data driven competitive edge.
🚀 What You'll Do
Craft and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Retail Data Intelligence—spanning analytics, AI/ML-powered recommendations, APIs, dashboards, and a growing portfolio of internal and external data products.
Become a trusted authority on our market, customers, and users through in-depth research, strategic discovery, and regular co-creation with strategic customers, GTM partners, and design peers.
Partner closely with Engineering and Design in a high-velocity triad to deliver customer-centric, commercially impactful solutions that differentiate NewStore in a competitive landscape.
Prioritize and shape initiatives using data, experimentation, and customer insights—ensuring each product decision aligns with strategic objectives and measurable business value.
Take accountability for commercial and product outcomes, including KPIs such as ARR growth, cost efficiency, margin impact, feature adoption, and engagement.
Collaborate across functions—including Customer Success, Marketing, and Sales—to accelerate time-to-value, drive go-to-market readiness, and scale adoption.
Stay ahead of market and competitive trends, identifying and executing on opportunities that leverage NewStore’s unique position as a unified commerce platform.
Mentor other PMs, model high standards of product craft, and contribute to elevating product excellence across the organization.
Lead portfolio-wide initiatives that span multiple squads and domains, ensuring strategic coherence and delivery excellence across the Retail Data Intelligence ecosystem.
📚 Your Story
8+ years of product management experience with extensive time in B2B SaaS, building data products, intelligence platforms, and/or advanced analytics solutions.
Proven track record of owning end-to-end product strategy, from vision to delivery, for data-driven products that drive commercial outcomes.
Experience in developing compelling investment cases for new product propositions, working closely with Sales on commercial viability and GTM strategy.
Hands-on experience with product discovery and validation techniques, including customer interviews, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making.
Comfortable working at pace in agile environments, partnering closely with Engineering, Design, and Data teams to accelerate learning and delivery.
Familiar with modern data stacks (e.g., dbt, Snowflake, Looker) and AI/ML technologies; you actively use AI tools to enhance your impact.
Strong communicator and influencer, able to align diverse stakeholders—from engineers to executives—and lead through complexity.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience in retail or omnichannel operations is a strong plus.
