We are seeking a talented and visionary Senior Product Manager to lead our Developer Experience initiatives, ensuring that our platform is intuitive, powerful, and enables rapid, high-value integrations.

In this role, you will focus on enhancing the Developer Experience by creating innovative tooling , seamless onboarding processes, and robust educational resources, and that empower developers—both within NewStore and in our broader partner ecosystem—to build, integrate and expand our platform effortlessly. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our platform accelerates speed to value, allowing developers to deliver impactful solutions quickly and effectively.

Your efforts will be instrumental in shaping the future of NewStore’s platform, enabling developers to create unique and tailored solutions that drive extraordinary shopping experiences for retailers and their customers.

🚀 What You'll Do

• Enhance Developer Experience (DevX) for Internal and External Teams: Lead the development and execution of a strategy focused on delivering an exceptional Developer Experience for both internal NewStore teams and external partners. Ensure that our platform’s APIs, integrations, and documentation are intuitive, comprehensive, and meet the needs of all developers.
  

• Accelerate Speed to Value: Focus on strategies and tools that accelerate the integration process, reducing time to value for our partners and customers by enabling faster, more efficient development and deployment.

• Streamline Integration Onboarding: Simplify and optimize the onboarding process for both internal and external developers, making it as seamless as possible to start building on NewStore’s platform.

• Develop Robust Tooling and Resources: Create and enhance tools, libraries, and resources that empower developers to maximize the potential of our platform. This includes ensuring the availability of high-quality documentation, tutorials, and support that cater to the needs of both internal and external developers.

• Drive Ecosystem Innovation: Stay updated with industry trends in Developer Experience and platform integration to drive continuous innovation in our ecosystem strategy, benefiting all users of the platform.

• Collaborate and Gather Feedback: Work closely with developers, integration partners, and internal teams to gather feedback and insights that inform ongoing improvements to our platform and DevX initiatives.

• Align Product Priorities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, customer success, and professional services, to ensure alignment on product priorities, roadmaps, and execution plans that support both internal and external developer needs.

• Measure and Improve: Define KPIs and metrics to track the success of Developer Experience initiatives and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement, focusing on enhancing speed to value.

• Be a DevX Advocate: Act as a thought leader and advocate for Developer Experience both within NewStore and at industry events, ensuring that our platform is recognized as a leader in the retail technology space.

📚 Your Story

We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager who is passionate about Developer Experience and has a strong background in platform or technical product management. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment and have a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional products.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Deep Understanding of Developer Experience (DevX): Experience in enhancing Developer Experience for both internal and external developers, with a focus on improving API usability, SDKs, and developer support resources.

• Technical Product Management Expertise: A high degree of technical fluency, with experience managing platforms or large-scale technical products, ideally within eCommerce, SaaS, or Enterprise applications.

• Focus on Accelerating Speed to Value: Proven experience in developing strategies and tools that shorten the time to value for integrations, enabling faster and more efficient development cycles.

• Platform Integration Experience: Past experience driving large cross-functional projects with engineering teams, particularly in the context of building and improving platform systems and integration processes.

• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills with a propensity for hypothesis-driven problem solving and a history of turning data into actionable insights.

• Effective Communication: Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, form consensus, and drive teams toward clear goals.

• Entrepreneurial Mindset: A proactive, entrepreneurial approach with a bias for action and the ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity in a fast-paced environment.
