Mission

Neko Health exists to shift healthcare from treating illness to preventing it, using advanced, non‑invasive technology and clinical expertise to deliver early, actionable health insights.

Role Purpose

You will take ownership of our learning management system, Sana (the platform we use to assign, track, and record all quality-critical training across the organisation), keep content current as our processes evolve, and make sure people complete what they need to complete. The best version of this role is not reactive — it is someone who spots a process change coming, already has the training updated, and never needs to scramble before an audit.

What You'll Deliver

  • Every employee enrolled in the right training from day one — role assignments configured correctly so there is no manual catching up when someone joins or changes role.

  • Training that gets ahead of process changes — working with process owners early so content is updated and completions are confirmed before a QMS change goes live, not after.

  • Completion that actually happens — you keep an eye on where people are falling behind, work with their managers to sort it, and spot patterns before they turn into findings.

  • Records you can stand behind — competence documentation that is complete, current, and ready for an auditor at any point.

  • Content that does its job — courses built with process owners and subject matter experts that are clear, accurate, and useful to the people taking them.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years in training coordination, learning and development, or quality administration.

  • Background in a regulated industry — medical devices, pharma, or healthcare. You know what compliance means in practice.

  • Real experience administering a learning management system, not just using one.

  • Working knowledge of ISO 13485 §6.2 or similar regulated training requirements.

  • Some experience building or maintaining training content — you know what makes a course work.

  • Fluent in English; Swedish is a genuine plus given the team you’ll be working with.

Nice to Have

  • You have been through an ISO 13485 certification or a comparable audit before.

  • You have worked with QMS change control processes and know what a training impact assessment involves.
