The successful candidate’s actual base compensation will be based upon a variety of factors, including but not limited to work experience, job related knowledge, skills, and professional qualifications.

Role Purpose:

The Clinic Lead is a hybrid clinical and operational leadership role responsible for ensuring high‑quality, insight‑driven patient care while overseeing day‑to‑day clinic performance. This role provides direct management to Physicians and Lead Operators, ensures compliance with clinical and operational standards, and partners closely with cross‑functional teams to uphold Neko Health’s vision of delivering exceptional preventive care. The Clinic Lead works collaboratively with the Area Director to maintain clinic readiness, ensure staffing coverage, and uphold both medical and operational quality.

What You’ll Deliver in the First 6–12 Months:

  • Provide direct management and mentorship to Physicians and the Lead Operator, including regular 1:1s, clinical observations, and performance reviews to maintain high standards of care and team performance. (One Team, One Body)

  • Lead recruitment efforts for clinical staff in partnership with Talent Acquisition and support onboarding and development of high‑performing teams. (Chase 10X, Not 10%)

  • Cascade and implement updates to clinical workflows, protocols, and practice changes in alignment with medical leadership and operational priorities. (Impact Not Performance)

  • Oversee core clinic operations including inventory management, facilities, cleaning standards, hospitality delivery, appointment slot management, training and onboarding, and bug monitoring/reporting. (Member First, Always)

  • Ensure full staffing coverage and smooth daily clinic flow in coordination with the Lead Operator and Workforce Scheduler. (One Team, One Body)

  • Monitor and analyze clinic performance metrics including rebooking rate, CSAT, NPS, utilization, throughput, and overall quality of care, driving continuous improvement initiatives. (Impact Not Performance)

  • Oversee incident reporting, risk management, and timely resolution of patient concerns in partnership with Customer Care while ensuring adherence to HIPAA, OSHA, and internal SOPs. (Human After All)

  • Partner with medical leadership to continually evaluate and elevate the quality of medical care delivered across the clinic. (Chase 10X, Not 10%)

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of clinical and/or operational leadership experience in a medical setting.

  • Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, required

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

  • Commitment to evidence‑based practice, continuous improvement, and multidisciplinary collaboration
