Mission
Neko Health exists to shift healthcare from treating illness to preventing it, using advanced, non‑invasive technology and clinical expertise to deliver early, actionable health insights.
Role Purpose
As an Art Director at Neko Health, you will lead the visual expression of our brand. You will translate our mission, product innovation, and medical expertise into a distinctive, consistent, and premium visual identity across all brand and marketing touchpoints.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution. You will define creative concepts and propositions, set the visual direction for campaigns and brand initiatives, and ensure best-in-class execution across every channel.
Working closely with designers, copywriters, production teams, product teams, and medical stakeholders, you will help bring Neko’s story to life in a way that is clear, compelling, and credible—supporting our member-first, always and tech-enabled, human-centred values.
What You’ll Deliver in the First 6–12 Months
Define and strengthen Neko Health’s visual identity across brand, marketing, and product communications, ensuring consistency and clarity across all touchpoints (Member-first, always).
Lead creative concept development and visual direction for campaigns, launches, and key brand moments that communicate our mission and innovation with impact (Hard truths, high hopes).
Translate brand strategy and complex healthcare concepts into clear, compelling visual narratives and creative propositions (Tech-enabled, human-centred).
Partner closely with copywriters, designers, and production teams to deliver cohesive, high-impact work across digital, physical, and experiential channels.
Contribute to and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring visual consistency and scalability as the company grows internationally (Chase 10X, not 10%).
Raise the creative bar across the organisation by mentoring teammates, setting visual quality standards, and ensuring excellence in execution.
Minimum Qualifications
8+ years of experience in art direction, brand design, or visual leadership roles.
Strong graphic design foundation with proven experience in concept development and visual storytelling.
A portfolio demonstrating brand systems, campaigns, and concept-led creative work.
Strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset, comfortable owning ideas end-to-end from concept through execution.
Advanced proficiency in Figma.
Strong understanding of visual systems, layouts, typography, and design principles.
Ability to create and own creative concepts and propositions—not only execution.
Confident presenting and defending creative concepts to senior and cross-functional stakeholders.
-
Detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable working in fast-moving environments.
Preferred
Experience in healthcare, wellness, technology, or other complex or regulated industries.
Experience building or scaling brand systems in high-growth organisations.
Ability to work across digital, physical, and experiential brand touchpoints.
Motivation to build meaningful brands with real-world impact.
About the Creative Team
At Neko, design is central to how our products are developed, experienced, and trusted. Rather than distributing creative responsibilities across multiple teams, we have brought all creative disciplines together within a single Creative Department.
Our ambition is to deliver a coherent, intentional, and seamless design journey across digital and physical environments — spanning product, space, and brand. Every touchpoint is designed to feel connected, considered, and purposeful.
The Creative Department is structured around three closely collaborating studios: Architecture, Design, and Brand.
About titles at Neko
We use a simplified internal title framework that prioritises clarity over hierarchy, so internal titles may differ from market‑facing role titles. Scope, impact and level of the role are fully aligned and will be clearly discussed throughout the process.
Hiring Process
Candidates progress from application and structured screening through thoughtfully designed interviews culminating in a formal offer and final pre-employment checks before joining the team.
Equal Opportunity & Inclusion Statement
Neko Health is committed to inclusive hiring and member-first care. We welcome candidates from all backgrounds and encourage you to request reasonable adjustments to support your application.
