Mission

At Neko Health, our mission is to deliver proactive healthcare for all—empowering members to take control of their health through cutting-edge technology and compassionate care.

Role Purpose
As an Office Coordinator, you will ensure Neko’s Stockholm HQ operates seamlessly while supporting a critical upcoming HQ office move. You will play a key role in delivering a high-quality workplace experience — combining operational excellence, hospitality, proactive problem-solving, and event coordination to support employees, visitors, and business operations.

Level 2 reflects an individual contributor who operates with low supervision, exercises strong judgment, manages complex and variable tasks, and demonstrates ownership and independent execution.

What You’ll Deliver in the First 6–12 Months

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day HQ operations with consistently high workplace experience standards, measured through employee feedback and operational reliability.

  • Successfully support the 2026 HQ office move, coordinating logistics, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless transition with minimal business disruption.

  • Organize and support internal events, leadership meetings, and office moments that strengthen employee experience, collaboration, and company culture.

  • Strengthen vendor management and workplace processes to improve quality, responsiveness, and cost efficiency.

  • Enhance the in-office hospitality experience by maintaining a welcoming, well-functioning, and professional environment for employees and visitors.

  • Build strong cross-functional collaboration with Workplace, People Operations, IT, and local leadership to ensure coordinated workplace support.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2–4 years’ experience in office coordination, workplace operations, hospitality, facilities, event coordination, or similar roles.

  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience managing vendors, workplace logistics, office operations, and supporting events.

  • Strong communication skills with a professional, service-oriented mindset.

  • Ability to thrive in fast-changing environments and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

  • Previous involvement in an office move, workplace expansion, major facilities project, or workplace event programs.

  • Exposure to employee experience, hospitality standards, or workplace service design.

  • Familiarity with health & safety routines, workplace compliance, or facilities administration.
