Mission

At Neko Health, our mission is to deliver proactive healthcare for all—empowering members to take control of their health through cutting-edge technology and compassionate care.

Role Purpose

As Head of Workplace Experience, you will shape and elevate the physical and cultural environments across Neko Health’s global offices while designing and delivering impactful internal events that strengthen collaboration, engagement, and company culture.

You will ensure workplaces are organised, inspiring, and operationally effective while creating meaningful moments that bring teams together — from leadership gatherings and recruitment events to team-building initiatives and company-wide experiences.

Working closely with senior leadership, Communications, Brand, People, Talent, and Creative teams, you will play a central role in fostering connection, reinforcing culture, and supporting a thriving global employee experience.

What You’ll Deliver in the First 6–12 Months

· Enhance workplace environments across global offices to improve employee experience, operational efficiency, and cultural alignment (Member-first, always).

· Deliver a strategic internal events roadmap that supports engagement, collaboration, employer brand, and organisational milestones (Tech-enabled, human-centred).

· Implement scalable workplace standards, policies, and operational frameworks that ensure consistency while allowing local adaptation (Hard truths, high hopes).

· Strengthen cross-functional collaboration with leadership, People, Brand, and Communications teams to create impactful internal experiences (Chase 10X, not 10%).

· Establish structured feedback mechanisms to continuously improve workplace environments and internal events.

Minimum Qualifications

· Proven experience managing workplace environments, corporate events, or employee experience programs.

· Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and senior stakeholders.

· Demonstrated ability to plan and execute events end-to-end, including logistics, vendor management, budgeting, and evaluation.

· Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.

· Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

· Proficiency with workplace tools, productivity software, and event management platforms.

Preferred

· Experience in fast-growing, global, or mission-driven organisations.

· Exposure to workplace strategy, office operations, or facilities management.

· Knowledge of health and safety considerations related to office environments.

· Experience managing event budgets and financial planning.

· Experience supporting employer branding, culture-building, or internal communications initiatives.
