Role Purpose
As a Business Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping how Neko operates and scales across markets. You will work cross-functionally with leadership, product, finance, operations, and market teams to analyse performance, evaluate new opportunities, and design operating models that support sustainable growth.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly analytical, commercially minded, and comfortable moving between strategy and execution. You will own complex problem spaces end-to-end, including but not limited to market and competitive analysis, pricing and unit economics, and testing and refining operating and business models in live markets. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, enjoys building structure where none exists, and is motivated by turning insights into action.

Market & Competitive Analysis
Conduct in-depth market analysis to assess new geographies, customer segments, and growth opportunities
Monitor competitive dynamics, including pricing, positioning, service models, and product offerings
Synthesize insights into clear recommendations for leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
Pricing & Commercial Strategy
Support the development and ongoing refinement of pricing strategies across markets and products
Analyse demand, willingness to pay, and competitive benchmarks to inform pricing decisions
Partner with finance and product teams to assess the impact of pricing changes on unit economics and growth
Operating and Business Model Design & Investigation
Evaluate existing operating and business models across clinics and markets to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
Design and test new operating models, workflows, and staffing approaches to support scale and cost efficiency
Build clear documentation, business cases, and success metrics for proposed changes
Business Performance & Insights
Work with Business Analytics to develop and maintain dashboards, analyses, and reporting to track operational and commercial performance
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities, translating data into actionable insights
Support leadership decision-making through structured analysis and clear storytelling
Support creation of board facing materials and updates
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, management consulting, analytics, or a related role
