Mission

At Neko Health, our mission is to deliver proactive healthcare for all—empowering members to take control of their health through cutting-edge technology and compassionate care.

About Us

Neko Health is a Swedish healthcare technology company co-founded in 2018 by Hjalmar Nilsonne and Daniel Ek. Neko's vision is to shift healthcare from reactive treatment toward preventative health and early detection. This requires completely reimagining the patient's experience and incorporating the latest advances in sensors and AI. Neko Health has developed a new medical scanning technology concept to make it possible to do broad and non-invasive health data collection that is convenient and affordable for the public. The company is based in Stockholm, offering the Neko Body Scan experience at locations in Stockholm, London, and Manchester, with over 500 employees.

Role vision

Build a Medical OS that uses generative AI to deliver consumer-grade clinical workflows, putting Neko’s medical operations into self-driving mode.

About the role

As Principal Product Manager for Medical OS, you will lead the vision and execution of the software that powers Neko’s clinics and medical workflows.

You will define the evolution of Neko’s Medical OS across doctor tools, clinical assessments, operator workflows, and core systems, using generative AI and automation to reimagine clinical workflows with consumer-grade usability and speed, while keeping clinicians firmly in control of medical decisions.

You will work at the intersection of product, medicine, engineering, design, regulatory, and quality to ship high impact products that scale across markets.

Definition of success

  • Reduce admin: Cut doctor administrative time from ~4 hours per day to zero

  • Increase medical quality: Improve diagnostic quality and clinical confidence across all assessments

  • Improve healthspan: Extend healthy years for members through earlier detection and better follow-ups

Products you will work on

  • Doctor-facing tools and clinical workflows

  • Internal systems for clinic operations, configuration, and compliance

  • In-clinic tools for operators and medical staff

  • Assessment and diagnostic workflows

  • Follow-up and care coordination tools

Responsibilities

  • Define the product vision and long term strategy for Neko’s Medical OS and medical tools, treating them as a cohesive operating system rather than isolated tools

  • Lead execution of complex, cross functional initiatives to move the platform toward that vision

  • Reimagine the clinical workflow before, during, and after the scan from first principles

  • Leverage the latest advances in automation and generative AI to redesign clinical workflows and deliver a 10x better experience for doctors, staff, and members

  • Build medical software and device adjacent products with high velocity while meeting regulatory and quality standards

  • Partner closely with Clinical Development, Engineering, Design, Regulatory, and Quality to shape the future of Neko’s medical platform

  • Ship products that materially improve diagnostic quality, clinical efficiency, regulatory readiness, and health outcomes

  • Identify and prioritize the opportunities with the highest impact on medical quality and clinician experience

  • Own the design of closed loop clinical workflows, ensuring follow ups, outcomes, and actions are reliably completed with no dropped handoffs

  • Ensure medical decisions, outcomes, and follow ups are captured end to end, creating feedback loops that continuously improve medical quality, automation, and algorithms

  • Set and maintain a high bar for usability, clarity, reliability, and quality across all medical tools

Requirements

  • 10+ years of product management experience

  • Proven ability to design and ship products used by doctors, clinicians, or other high trust professional users

  • Strong product taste and systems thinking, with the ability to simplify complex workflows

  • Comfort operating in regulated, high stakes environments

  • Ability to lead through influence and build trust across engineering, medical, regulatory, and design teams

  • Thrive in ambiguity and take full ownership from vision to execution

  • Motivated by Neko’s mission to transform healthcare from reactive to proactive

Why join Neko?

  • Rapidly scaling Series B company

  • Backed by $250M in our latest funding round

  • Join a mission-driven team improving preventative healthcare

  • Work in a tech-first, product-driven environment
