As a Production Engineer, you will directly impact our ability to deliver safe, reliable, and scalable medical technology by owning and improving manufacturing processes across our products and systems.
You will act as a technical leader within production engineering, solving complex manufacturing challenges, enabling successful design transfer, and driving continuous improvement across production, test, and calibration environments.
What You’ll Deliver in the First 6–12 Months
Take ownership of critical production challenges, leading root cause investigations and implementing solutions that improve quality, yield, and delivery reliability.
Improve robustness and scalability of one or more core manufacturing or test processes, enabling more stable production performance and reduced risk.
Act as a technical escalation point for production engineering decisions, balancing speed, quality, and regulatory requirements while influencing cross-functional outcomes.
Partner closely with R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, and Production teams to support engineering changes, design transfer activities, and industrialization of new product generations.
Mentor and support junior engineers while contributing to long-term production engineering strategy and manufacturing readiness frameworks.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or similar).
Extensive hands-on experience in production engineering, manufacturing engineering, or industrialization environments.
Strong system-level problem-solving capability and root cause analysis experience.
Experience working cross-functionally within regulated or quality-driven manufacturing environments.
Ability to translate design intent into stable, scalable production processes.
Technical leadership capability, including influencing decisions without formal authority.

Clear communication skills and structured, pragmatic approach to complex challenges.
Preferred
Experience within medical devices or ISO 13485 regulated environments.
Experience scaling production or supporting new product introduction and design transfer.
Background improving test, calibration, or inspection systems.
Experience with ERP/MES systems, engineering change management (ECR/ECO), and risk tools such as FMEA.
Informal or formal mentorship or leadership experience.
