Key Responsibilities | Regulatory Compliance & Governance
- Ensure all UK clinics meet relevant regulatory and legislative requirements.
- Maintain and update our regulatory compliance framework.
- Track regulatory changes and update policies, processes, and teams accordingly.
- Support inspection readiness, documentation, submissions, and post‑inspection actions.
- Run a rolling internal audit programme and provide assurance and coaching to Registered Managers.
Key Responsibilities | Risk, Incidents & Patient Safety
- Monitor the incident reporting system and ensure timely follow‑up and closure.
- Identify trends and themes across incidents, complaints, and audits.
- Maintain the organisational risk register and ensure scoring, mitigations, and emerging risks are accurate.
- Present key safety insights at governance forums.
- Share validated learning with the Education Team for wider organisational training.
Skills & Experience | Required
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and inspection processes and/or patient safety processes and risk management.
- Experience designing and delivering internal audits.
- Ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical operational actions.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Highly organised, analytical, and confident managing multiple workstreams.
Skills & Experience | Desirable
- Experience with HIS, HIW, or RQIA frameworks.
- Experience in multi‑site healthcare environments.
