Neko's vision is to shift healthcare from reactive treatment toward preventative health and early detection. This requires completely reimagining the patient's experience and incorporating the latest advances in sensors and AI. Neko Health has developed a new medical scanning technology concept to make it possible to do broad and non-invasive health data collection that is convenient and affordable for the public. About the Role
We are seeking a Global Head of People Enablement to lead, scale, and evolve our global People Enablement function. This role will own payroll, employee relations, global mobility, and compliance, while setting the strategic direction for operational maturity as the company grows. You will build structure, uplift service delivery, and ensure a consistent, compliant, high-trust People Enablement environment across all regions.
In this role you will:
- Define and execute global People Enablement strategy aligned with business objectives
- Design long-term global operating model for People Enablement (processes, systems, governance)
- Lead and develop multi-country People Enablement team across ER, payroll, mobility, compliance
- Build scalable processes across the employee lifecycle
- Own global payroll strategy and operations
- Lead global ER framework and provide senior guidance on complex cases
- Own global mobility strategy and ensure compliance across regions
- Drive automation and reporting enhancements in HRIS and people tools
- Ensure global compliance with employment law, GDPR, and audit requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience leading People Operations in a global, multi-country environment
- Strong global leadership experience, managing teams across multiple regions
- Expertise in payroll, employee relations, global mobility, and HR compliance
- Proficiency in employment legislation of Sweden ideally other European countries too
- Ability to influence senior leaders and shape People Ops strategy
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with modern HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, HiBob)
Nice to have:
- Experience in high-growth, tech-driven organisations
- Familiarity with global expansion and remote-work compliance
- Background in People analytics and data-driven decision-making
