Your Responsibilities:
- Partner with C-suite and functional leadership to define hiring needs, role profiles, and success metrics for senior and executive positions.
- Build and execute full-lifecycle search strategies (direct sourcing, executive search, internal pipeline, market mapping) to identify and attract top technical and operational leadership talent across Europe.
- Lead candidate assessment and selection processes: design interview frameworks, evaluate senior candidates, lead stakeholder debriefs, ensure exceptional candidate experience.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for executive roles: role scoping, sourcing, screening, offer negotiation, onboarding liaison.
- Develop and maintain an executive talent pipeline and ecosystem: engage passive talent, maintain relationships, nurture networks for future leadership needs.
- Analyse recruiting metrics and market data (compensation benchmarking, talent supply/demand, competitor mapping) to inform strategy and provide insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with People Ops and other HR-teams to ensure smooth post-hire transition, leadership development and retention plans for executive hires.
What We’re Looking For
- 5 + years experience recruiting technical leaders (Director/VP level or similar) preferably in high-growth tech or health-tech companies.
- Proven track record of delivering hard-to-fill executive search mandates across Europe.
- Strong sourcing and market-mapping skills, with ability to engage passive leadership talent via network, LinkedIn, and head-hunting tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management: comfortable advising senior leadership, influencing hiring decisions, managing negotiation and closing.
- Excellent verbal and written English; Swedish language skills are highly desirable.
- Strong data-orientation: comfortable tracking key metrics, presenting insights to leadership, and optimising recruitment processes.
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience recruiting in a health-tech / med-tech / AI-driven environment.
- Experience LLMs to increase productivity across the recruitment lifecyle
- Experience working in an Executive Search Agency as well as In-House
- Familiarity with European compensation norms and leadership talent markets
- Experience working in a fast-scaling international company with matrixed structure.
- Fluent Swedish (written and oral)
