Responsibilities
- Develop and execute CRM campaigns (newsletters, email, SMS) to engage with people that has signed up to our waitlist and existing members.
- Manage the onboarding process for new members, refining and optimizing batch processes to increase scan conversions.
- Oversee reactivation strategies for inactive members.
- Analyse and oversee key metrics, segment audiences, and tailor campaigns for maximum engagement.
- Implement best practices in email and SMS marketing, ensuring high deliverability, engagement, and compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer care teams to ensure CRM aligns with overall business goals.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in CRM or related roles.
- Proven experience in creating and managing engaging CRM campaigns (email and SMS).
- Strong understanding of best practices in email and SMS marketing, including personalization, automation, and A/B testing.
- Ability to analyze data, segment users, and optimize campaigns based on insights.
- Experience with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms (we use Bird).
- A results-driven mindset, with a focus on continuous testing, learning, and improving customer engagement.
