Responsibilites:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for a range of clinical roles (e.g. GPs, Nurses, HCAs).
- Source candidates using a mix of channels: job boards, direct outreach, referrals, events, and more.
- Own the candidate experience from first contact to offer, ensuring speed, clarity, and professionalism throughout.
- Keep our ATS up to date, and use data to track performance and improve processes.
- Support the development of hiring collateral (job ads, interview guides, outreach messaging).
- Contribute to building an inclusive, efficient, and compliant hiring process that reflects Neko’s values and ambition.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of recruitment experience, ideally with some time spent hiring healthcare professionals in the UK.
- You’ve recruited high-volume specialist roles and use data to drive decisions, optimize sourcing strategies, and improve hiring outcomes.
- You love delivery — sourcing, screening, and closing candidates is your sweet spot.
- Strong organisational skills: you can juggle multiple roles and stakeholders without missing a beat.
- Excellent communicator, comfortable engaging with clinical professionals and internal teams alike.
- Self-sufficient and proactive — you don’t wait to be told what to do next.
- Passionate about healthcare and excited by the idea of helping shape a better system through innovation.
