Neko Health is a Swedish health-tech company co-founded in 2018 by Hjalmar Nilsonne and Daniel Ek. Our vision is to create a healthcare system that can help people stay healthy through preventive measures and early detection. Neko has developed a new medical scanning technology concept to make it possible to do broad and non-invasive health data collection that is both convenient and affordable for the public. We are a remote first company, but the company is based in Stockholm and almost 100 employees across Europe.
About the Job
We are seeking a driven and experienced Construction Project Manager to join Neko Health as we expand our operations across multiple sites. As a crucial member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of construction projects for our rapidly growing business. This role requires a strategic thinker who is adept at managing complex construction projects, ideally within retail and healthcare sector.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage construction projects for our business, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, while effectively managing resources and risks
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, building codes, and safety standards throughout the construction process
- Foster strong relationships with external partners and vendors to facilitate smooth project execution
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field
- Proven experience managing construction projects for a multi-site clinical business
- Strong understanding of healthcare facility design, construction methodologies, and regulations
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing circumstances
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Relevant certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or LEED Accredited Professional are a plus
- A plus: Experience in managing projects across Europe.
