Description

We're looking for a DevOps Engineer who takes genuine ownership of the infrastructure they build. At Native, infrastructure is not a supporting function, it is the foundation that makes everything else possible. You will be accountable for the systems that enable our engineering teams to operate at speed and at scale, across a sophisticated multi-cloud environment spanning four cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP and OCI), enterprise-grade compliance frameworks, and mission-critical deployments for some of the most security-conscious organizations in the world.

This is a role for someone who has operated at the deep end, who has architected and sustained infrastructure under real pressure, navigated the complexity that comes with high data volumes and significant user load, and developed a clear, principled perspective on how resilient systems should be built. We are looking for a DevOps engineer who lives and breathes AI - particularly agentic workflows - and brings that lens to how they think about automation, observability, and infrastructure design.

Key Responsibilities

  • CI/CD Pipeline - Own the pipelines that stand between a developer's push and production, how our microservices are built and packaged - reliably and at scale and drive code from development to production across all our environments with confidence.
  • Multi-Cloud Infrastructure - Build and maintain infrastructure that works consistently across four cloud providers simultaneously.
  • Enterprise & Compliance Deployments- In addition to the SaaS platform, own deployments for customers operating in air-gapped and FedRAMP-compliant environments with strict requirements.
  • FinOps - Take ownership of cloud cost visibility and build an optimization practice from the ground up.

Requirements

  • Deep, hands-on Kubernetes experience in production environments
  • Strong Terraform experience
  • A solid CI/CD track record, including building pipelines from the ground up
  • Experience supporting high-scale products - significant data volumes, heavy traffic, real users
  • Multi-cloud exposure - knowing one cloud well is good, knowing several is better
  • Someone who owns their work completely and doesn't need to be managed
  • Clear thinking and clear communication - you can explain what's happening, what it means, and what you're doing about it

You’ll be a great fit if:

  • You've kept infrastructure running at scale and have the battle scars to prove it
  • You find problems before they find you
  • You have strong intuitions about how a healthy infrastructure should look - and the drive to get there
  • You've worked across more than one cloud and know that each one is its own world
  • Ownership isn't just a word to you - it means the infrastructure is yours, completely
  • You collaborate naturally with engineering teams and can communicate upward without being asked

Nice to have

  • Experience with Crossplane
  • Background in FedRAMP or air-gapped environments
  • FinOps experience or cloud cost optimization
  • Familiarity with compliance-driven infrastructure or policy-as-code

Why Join now?

This isn’t just another DevOps role. You’ll build and own the infrastructure behind a real multi-cloud product - end to end, at scale, in production.
