The Role

As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Native, you’ll take full ownership of how we build our team, from clarifying what we need to hiring the right people

You’ll work closely with hiring managers and leadership to shape roles, challenge assumptions, and build hiring processes that are both effective and scalable. This is a hands-on, impact-driven role: we care about hiring the right people, fast, while building a process that supports long-term growth.

You’ll be in the field, sourcing, engaging, and closing, while also thinking strategically about pipelines, positioning, and how Native shows up to candidates.

Key Responsibilities

· Own hiring end-to-end, from kickoff to offer, across both technical and non-technical roles.

· Drive sourcing strategy by going beyond LinkedIn and building creative, high-quality pipelines in a competitive market.

· Partner with hiring managers as a true consultant, helping define roles, calibrate profiles, and guide decision-making.

· Build strong candidate experiences by ensuring every interaction is clear, transparent, and thoughtful.

· Operate with data by tracking pipeline performance, identifying bottlenecks, and continuously improving conversion rates.

· Strengthen our employer brand by representing Native externally and helping position us as a top place to work.

Requirements

· 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, primarily for technical roles, with cybersecurity experience as a strong advantage.

· Proven ability to run full-cycle recruiting independently in a fast-paced startup environment.

· Strong sourcing capabilities using advanced techniques and creative approaches, combined with a proactive mindset.

· High level of English, both written and spoken.
