Multiverse is the upskilling platform for AI and Tech adoption.

We have partnered with 1,500+ companies to deliver a new kind of learning that's transforming today’s workforce.

Our upskilling apprenticeships are designed for people of any age and career stage to build critical AI, data, and tech skills. Our learners have driven $2bn+ ROI for their employers, using the skills they’ve learned to improve productivity and measurable performance.

In June 2022, we announced a $220 million Series D funding round co-led by StepStone Group, Lightspeed Venture Partners and General Catalyst. With a post-money valuation of $1.7bn, the round makes us the UK’s first EdTech unicorn.

But we aren’t stopping there. With a strong operational footprint and 800+ employees, we have ambitious plans to continue scaling. We’re building a world where tech skills unlock people’s potential and output.

Join Multiverse and power our mission to equip the workforce to win in the AI era.

What we need:

At Multiverse, information isn't just stored - it's a strategic asset. As Knowledge Manager, you'll make that asset work harder - ensuring our institutional knowledge is discoverable, actionable and dependable as the backbone of our business processes and agentic AI solutions.

This is a cross-functional leadership role with real reach. You'll drive a company-wide movement to reimagine how we manage knowledge - upgrading our tooling, frameworks, and behaviours so they become genuine force-multipliers for every team. You'll empower every Multiverse employee to find and use the information they need, faster and with confidence - enabling smarter, more efficient decision-making at every level.

This role sits within our Data & Insight team and reports to our Director of Data Products, but you will work closely with multiple departments - including our Chief of Staff, People, IT & AI Transformation teams. You will also build close relationships with departmental leaders, as well as Knowledge champions working across all Multiverse departments.

What you’ll focus on:

Strategy & Leadership

  • Defining and owning our company-wide knowledge strategy - embedding principles for how we codify, organise & disseminate key information in the AI era

  • Establishing pragmatic information governance frameworks that balance org-wide coherence with departmental agility and leverage emerging AI capabilities

  • Defining & tracking against success metrics for adoption, experience & impact

Tooling & Migration

  • Implementing selection & roll-out of knowledge tooling - leveraging latest AI-based innovations & automations to enrich & enhance our capabilities

  • Managing migration process while minimising disruption & information leakage

  • Future-proofing knowledge tools to integrate with emerging tools and capabilities

Adoption and Change Management

  • Driving adoption & ongoing usage via training, documentation & support provision

  • Working with teams to address issues and remove barriers to change

  • Building & coordinating networks of internal champions to facilitate and reinforce change

What we’re looking for:

Required

  • 6+ years of experience working within knowledge, product and/or operational roles - ideally within a tech scale-up or other fast-moving environment

  • Hands-on experience working with Guru, Google Workspace, Notion, Coda or equivalent knowledge curation tooling

  • Successful adoption of emerging AI tooling for knowledge use-cases

  • Evidence of successful change management within fast moving organisational contexts

  • Successful experience with ‘dotted line’ coordination of activity across cross-departmental networks

  • Right to work in the UK

  • Ability to work from the Multiverse London office 3+ days per week

  • Commitment to Multiverse’s mission and values

Desirable:

  • Direct experience with knowledge graphs, semantic layers and/or MCPs

Benefits

  • Time off - 27 days holiday, plus 5 additional days off: 1 life event day, 2 volunteer days, 2 company-wide wellbeing days (M-Powered Weekend) and 8 bank holidays per year

  • Health & Wellness- private medical Insurance with Bupa, a medical cashback scheme, life insurance, gym membership & wellness resources through Wellhub and access to Spill - all in one mental health support

  • Hybrid work offering - for most roles we collaborate in the office three days per week with the exception of Coaches and Instructors who collaborate in the office once a month

  • Work-from-anywhere scheme - you'll have the opportunity to work from anywhere, up to 10 days per year

  • Space to connect: Beyond the desk, we make time for weekly catch-ups, seasonal celebrations, and have a kitchen that’s always stocked!
