Multiverse is the upskilling platform for AI and Tech adoption.
We have partnered with 1,500+ companies to deliver a new kind of learning that's transforming today’s workforce.
Our upskilling apprenticeships are designed for people of any age and career stage to build critical AI, data, and tech skills. Our learners have driven $2bn+ ROI for their employers, using the skills they’ve learned to improve productivity and measurable performance.
In June 2022, we announced a $220 million Series D funding round co-led by StepStone Group, Lightspeed Venture Partners and General Catalyst. With a post-money valuation of $1.7bn, the round makes us the UK’s first EdTech unicorn.
But we aren’t stopping there. With a strong operational footprint and 800+ employees, we have ambitious plans to continue scaling. We’re building a world where tech skills unlock people’s potential and output.
Join Multiverse and power our mission to equip the workforce to win in the AI era.
The Opportunity
We’re looking for a high-impact Salesforce Administrator to join our high-performing GTM Systems team at Multiverse. This is a strategic, hands-on role designed for a Salesforce professional who is a master of declarative configuration and thrives on building seamless workflows for a fast-scaling GTM engine.
You will be a key pillar of our GTM stack, focusing on turning complex business requirements into elegant, scalable "clicks-not-code" solutions. While you’ll focus on the declarative side, you will sit within a sophisticated technical environment, working alongside a systems team to ensure our Commercial teams have the most efficient tools in the industry. This role is ideal for an ambitious Admin who "knows the playbook" and is ready to own the functional health of a modern GTM ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Declarative Excellence: Lead the design and delivery of high-performance solutions using the full declarative suite. You will own the creation of complex Screen Flows, Record-Triggered Flows, and Scheduled Flows to automate the Lead-to-Cash lifecycle.
Platform Ownership & Governance: Act as a primary guardian of the Multiverse Salesforce org. You will manage security settings (Permission Sets, Sharing Rules), data modelling for custom objects, and ensure the platform remains performant and user-friendly.
GTM Tech Stack Management: Oversee the technical health and integration of our best-in-class GTM tools, including Gong, Sales Navigator, Cognism, and LeanData, ensuring data flows seamlessly between these platforms and Salesforce.
Solution Discovery: Partner closely with RevOps and GTM leadership to translate business pain points into technical blueprints. You will be responsible for scoping projects and advising on the best systemic approach for new features.
Data Integrity & Architecture: Maintain rigorous data governance standards. You will work with various teams to ensure our pipelines are clean and that our reporting (including forecasting and revenue tracking) is accurate.
DevOps & Release Management: Manage the deployment lifecycle using Sandboxes and modern deployment tools (e.g., Change Sets or Gearset), ensuring that all updates undergo rigorous UAT before deploying to Production.
Enablement & Documentation: Proactively identify friction in the user experience, creating documentation and providing technical guidance to ensure high platform adoption across the business.
Key Qualifications and Experience
Professional Experience: 2+ years of Salesforce Administration experience, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth startup or "scale-up" environment.
The Declarative Expert: Advanced mastery of Salesforce Flow and a deep understanding of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. You should be the "go-to" person for building logic without needing to write code.
GTM Fluency: A strong understanding of GTM workflows, including lead assignment (Round Robins), territory management, and sales forecasting.
Problem-Solving: A "system-first" thinker who doesn't just fix symptoms but diagnoses root causes to implement permanent, scalable fixes.
Communication: Strong ability to collaborate with stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, and Finance, explaining technical solutions in a way that aligns with business outcomes.
Tools: Experience managing a modern GTM stack (e.g., LeanData, Gong, Lusha). Familiarity with how Salesforce interacts with external APIs is a significant plus.
