The Opportunity

This role is a unique opportunity to define the future of work and education delivery in the AI

era. As our AI Strategy and Transformation Lead, you will play a pivotal role in designing and

delivering this change at Multiverse. You'll work with teams from across the business to

reimagine departmental functions based on human-AI teams. This role combines strategic

planning with hands-on execution—you'll develop the future vision, concrete plans on how to

get there and deploy solutions that deliver measurable business impact. If you're energized by

What You'll Do

Departmental Transformation Design

  • Devise and lead workshops with key stakeholders to understand current workflows and key pain points

  • Design desired future state of entire departmental functions (Finance, GTM, HR, Marketing, Legal, etc.), consisting of human-AI agent teams

  • Detail future state: How humans and agents will collaborate to achieve departmental objectives

  • Create governance structures for human-agent collaboration, defining where human oversight remains critical

  • Work cross-functionally to identify pre-requisites to achieve transformation

Implementation Strategy

  • Design interim solutions that create departmental impact today whilst advancing the shift to fully agentic operations

  • Develop detailed 12 month transformation roadmaps with clear milestones for achieving full departmental future state

  • Define technical requirements for agent autonomy including decision-making frameworks, risk management systems, and escalation triggers

  • Prioritise then construct business cases for solutions, articulating strategic rationale, expected benefits, and quantified ROI

  • Establish success metrics and KPIs for measuring agentic transformation progress

Solution Development and Deployment

  • Work with AI Solution Engineers to build, test and deploy prioritised solutions

  • Oversee the scaling of AI solutions within targeted operational teams and workflows, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum adoption

  • Support adoption by working closely with AI Enablement lead to to create training materials, deliver workshops, and provide ongoing support

  • Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and robust tracking mechanisms to measure the impact and ROI of deployed AI solutions.

About You

  • 5+ years in strategy consulting or AI startups, within high-growth technology environments.

  • Demonstrable experience of working with stakeholders to build and deliver an end to end AI strategy, transforming the performance of an overall business, team or workflow

  • Proven experience working with and managing technical colleagues eg., AI Solution Engineers

  • Highly strategic thinker: strong in conceptual problem solving, and able to reimagine status quo

  • Highly structured thinker: able to break down ambiguous goals into concrete plans, timelines, and deliverables.

  • Proven ability to execute complex, cross-functional initiatives with limited oversight and high accountability including managing workstreams, coordinating stakeholders, and measuring impact

  • Strong written and verbal communicator; able to convey updates, impact, and insights clearly and credibly to senior audiences.

  • A practical, business-oriented approach — you're motivated by tangible outcomes, not just theoretical improvement.
