Multiverse is the upskilling platform for AI and Tech adoption.

We have partnered with 1,500+ companies to deliver a new kind of learning that's transforming today’s workforce.

Our upskilling apprenticeships are designed for people of any age and career stage to build critical AI, data, and tech skills. Our learners have driven $2bn+ ROI for their employers, using the skills they’ve learned to improve productivity and measurable performance.

In June 2022, we announced a $220 million Series D funding round co-led by StepStone Group, Lightspeed Venture Partners and General Catalyst. With a post-money valuation of $1.7bn, the round makes us the UK’s first EdTech unicorn.

But we aren’t stopping there. With a strong operational footprint and 800+ employees, we have ambitious plans to continue scaling. We’re building a world where tech skills unlock people’s potential and output.

Join Multiverse and power our mission to equip the workforce to win in the AI era.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Product Director to shape and drive our Customer strategy, rooted in real user insight and practical Go-to-Market execution. You’ll own the product journey from discovery to launch, ensuring the value to the business is tangible and measurable for the economic buyer. We need someone commercially minded and entrepreneurial, able to identify opportunities, accelerate growth, and turn product capabilities into solutions that truly make an impact. You’ll also explore creative ways to embed LLM-powered features across the product to enhance user experience and drive delight.

  • Serve as the primary "voice of the customer," translating complex needs into actionable requirements for engineering and design.

GTM & Commercial Leadership

  • Lead product rollouts and shape the sales motion, partnering with our Go-to-Market teams on positioning, packaging, and messaging.

  • Drive commercial readiness and enable Sales/Success teams to ensure new features achieve adoption, engagement, and revenue goals.

  • Define and own key business metrics for your product area (e.g., adoption, conversion, revenue impact).

AI-Driven Productivity

  • Champion AI fluency across the product team, implementing tools and workflows to accelerate discovery, analysis, and execution.

  • Utilise AI to rapidly synthesize large volumes of customer feedback (support sales calls) into actionable product insights.

Team & Stakeholder Leadership

  • Manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of Product Managers.

  • Act as the key cross-functional leader, aligning Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales toward common goals.

  • Clearly communicate your roadmap, priorities, and results to stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years in product management, with 3+ years in a senior people management role.

  • Demonstrable GTM expertise: A proven track record of owning the strategy, launch, and commercial success of products, working in partnership with GTM leadership.

  • AI Fluency: Hands-on experience using AI tools (GenAI, workflow automation) to accelerate product workflows (e.g., synthesizing feedback, drafting requirements).

  • Deep expertise in customer-centric discovery, qualitative/quantitative research, and data analysis.

  • Strong commercial acumen and experience partnering closely with Sales and Marketing.

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Preferred: Experience in a high-growth Saas/Tech business in B2B or B2B2C
