We have partnered with 1,500+ companies to deliver a new kind of learning that's transforming today’s workforce.

Our upskilling apprenticeships are designed for people of any age and career stage to build critical AI, data, and tech skills. Our learners have driven $2bn+ ROI for their employers, using the skills they’ve learned to improve productivity and measurable performance.

In June 2022, we announced a $220 million Series D funding round co-led by StepStone Group, Lightspeed Venture Partners and General Catalyst. With a post-money valuation of $1.7bn, the round makes us the UK’s first EdTech unicorn.

But we aren’t stopping there. With a strong operational footprint and 800+ employees, we have ambitious plans to continue scaling. We’re building a world where tech skills unlock people’s potential and output.

Join Multiverse and power our mission to equip the workforce to win in the AI era.

About the role

This isn't your typical EA role. We’re looking for a driven individual to become a strategic partner for our Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and the wider Sales Leadership team. You will be the face of the Sales team - the warm, approachable, and energetic heart of our revenue engine.

This role is a unique hybrid. You’ll master the nuts and bolts of executive support while also taking on more strategic projects that will enable you to develop for the next step in your career. You'll pull together decks, analyse leading indicators, and be an integral part of the team driving our growth. For the right person, this is an incredible opportunity to learn the business from the inside out before launching into a future role, perhaps in Sales Enablement, or in another field.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • The Strategic Partner: Forget just managing a schedule; you'll be the CRO’s co-pilot. You’ll have a laser focus on what our sales leaders need to be successful, ensuring they are always in the right place, at the right time, and armed with the right data and decks to win the day.

  • Master of Logistics: You’ll own the CRO's diary, global travel, and expenses, transforming complex logistics into a seamless operation. From coordinating appointments and meet-and-greets to making sure the coffee is ready for a client visit, you create an environment where our sales team can thrive.

  • The Insight Hub: You are central to the flow of critical information. You’ll turn raw data into compelling narratives by pulling leading indicators and preparing impactful slide decks for key meetings. You ensure every stakeholder has the insights they need to move forward, together.

  • The Ultimate Connector: As the face of the CRO's office, you will build strong, collaborative relationships with leaders, clients, and key stakeholders. You'll act as a personable, knowledgeable, and trustworthy guide, embodying our values and making everyone feel connected to the sales floor.

  • A Driver of Progress: You turn conversations into actions. Using tools like Coda and Gemini, you'll monitor deadlines, follow up on tasks, and help drive projects across the sales organisation to completion.

You're a Game Changer if...

  • You're a driven individual with 3+ years of professional experience under your belt.

  • You see this role as a stepping stone. You're ambitious and curious, with an eye on growing into a future role in areas like Sales Enablement, Marketing, or Revenue Operations.

  • You have experience in a commercial environment, and ideally in a company of a similar size or stage.

  • You possess exceptional organisational skills, with a talent for prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced sales environment.

  • You’re tech-savvy and fluent in the tools that make modern collaboration hum, including Google Workspace, Zoom, and Slack. You're a keen user of AI to supercharge your work.

  • You are a natural communicator—the warm, approachable, and confident person who makes everyone feel welcome and connected. You feel at home in a dynamic sales environment.

  • You're always one step ahead. You have a strong sense of initiative, anticipate needs before they arise, and proactively tackle challenges with a positive, solutions-oriented approach.

  • You handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost integrity and discretion.
