The Opportunity

Multiverse is looking for an exceptional Sales Operations Executive to join the RevOps team to support the critical GTM operations that enables Multiverse’s growth engine. This includes, but is not limited to, building out and optimising GTM processes through our sales tech stack, analysing trends to determine areas of improvement, and partnering with the Sales, GTM systems and Strategy teams to further accelerate our growth engine. To excel in this role, you will need to be analytically-driven, willing to get deep into the weeds to find answers to critical business problems, while also being collaborative as you work closely on cross-functional projects. This role will report directly to the Sales Operations Manager in the UK.

Specifically, you will

  • Identify and solve process weaknesses and bottlenecks across the Sales & Customer Success function through process enhancements, modifications and best practices development

  • Manage cross-functional projects, working closely with our data and tech teams, to unlock insights and improved ways of working for Sales & Customer Success

  • Provide operational support for business development activities executed by the Sales team to promote revenue generation ensuring high quality, & efficiency

  • Design, improve & deliver training & onboarding processes across the Sales & Customer Success functions

  • Be a key point of contact for the sales team and wider teams surrounding sales process questions and sales software queries (including Salesforce & Gong)

  • Contribute to territory planning, account allocation, alongside quality assurance of our sales & revenue data

  • Improve accessibility & impact of data across our Sales & Customer Success teams, through analysis and building new data visualisations

About you

  • 2+ years of professional experience, ideally in analytical and operational roles like Consulting, Sales Operations, or Business Operations in a dynamic, fast-growing B2B sales environment

  • You will have project management skills including strong organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate and interact with cross-functional teams

  • You enjoy a busy and dynamic working environment and enjoy working collaboratively with various departments across the organisation

  • You have strong stakeholder management skills, and experience of onboarding/training sales teams is desirable

  • You have experience working with Salesforce and other commonly used sales tools such as Gong, Lusha, Cognism, ZoomInfo

  • You have experience with account / territory management for Sales departments

  • You will have experience with data analytics tools like Gsheets or Excel

  • You are passionate about social mobility and doing social good
