We’re on a mission to create a diverse group of future leaders. We do that through professional apprenticeships because we believe learning on-the-job creates a more equitable and successful path to careers. We find, train and support talented individuals, wherever they are in their career journey, and equip them with the in-demand tech, software engineering, and data skills to transform their careers and deliver a better route to growth for their employers.

We’ve had some big achievements. We hit 10,000 apprentices in our community - and counting. We launched one of the largest data apprenticeship programs in the UK with Jaguar Land Rover, and we’ve partnered with companies like Mars, Verizon and CitiBank. Not to forget becoming a mission-driven EdTech unicorn after our $220m Series D.

But we aren’t stopping here. Join Multiverse and build the future of learning at work.

The Technical Curriculum Lead for Data is responsible for creating the world class global product set within our Data domain. They partner with subject matter experts and learning designers to develop the training needed for today and tomorrows most in demand roles. They are not shy about their passion for data and how it continues to evolve and develop. As they become the deep market expert in business requirements, they will also be excited about the opportunity this provides to deepen their own knowledge in the space.

More practically, they develop the Data content roadmap, understand where content partnerships or subject matter experts will increase the velocity and quality of products, improve performance of the current programs and work with cross-functional stakeholders to operationalize new products and updates. They are the product owner and should utilize other teams’ expertise in the business to develop the right delivery models, marketing messaging, technology features and content to meet the needs of both role specific and business impact requirements. As we release both synchronous and blended learning models, they will be vital in quality assuring both the content and the training developed and for supporting our Go to Market partners with any major client calls that require technical expertise.
