The Opportunity
Learner Enablement aims to deliver efficient, impactful support for our apprentices alongside a Community experience that enable our apprentices to thrive throughout their journey with Multiverse.
The Community Data Coach will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and conducting 1-1 academic remediation and stretch sessions, resubmission support and technical skill-based events to support our apprenticeship programmes. The specialist will also work closely with the operations associate to analyse and interpret apprentice learning data to identify gaps, devise solutions, and encourage retention on-programme and timely completions.
Specifically you will...
Develop, implement, and maintain effective academic remediation solutions through 1-2-1s and group sessions tailored to the specific needs of apprentices and aligned with apprenticeship program objectives and outcomes.
Plan, organise, and deliver large-scale technical skill-based learning events that reinforce and enhance the learning experience of apprentices, fostering a collaborative learning environment that promotes skill development and community among learners.
Maintain close communication and collaboration with coaches, tech leads, and the learning team to utilise insights gained through tutoring sessions in order to improve the overall learning experience.
Accurately document and report the success metrics of each tutoring session and 1-2-1 interaction into the designated DIS and relevant tracking documents.
Utilise feedback received from participants to evaluate and assess tutoring sessions, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to enhance the overall quality and effectiveness of future interactions.
Monitor apprentices' progress, identify learning gaps, and assess the effectiveness of remediation strategies and learning events, utilising data to adjust remediation solutions and improve retention rates and learning outcomes.
About You
Proven track record in devising and implementing effective learning remediation tactics.
Experience with apprenticeship programs, preferably with a technical/vocational training focus.
Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to use data to drive strategy and decision-making.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Deep understanding of technical skills related to the apprenticeship programmes offered. Priority skills and tools covered: SQL, Power Bi, Tableau, Python, Machine Learning
Knowledge of event planning and delivery (desirable but not essential)
