About Us:
HiBob helps modern, mid-size businesses transform the way they manage people, giving HR and managers all they need to connect, engage, develop, and retain top talent. Since 2015, we’ve achieved consecutive triple-digit year-over-year growth, all backed by our amazing team of Bobbers from across the globe, making us the choice HRIS of over ~5500 midsize and multinational companies and over 1 Million users. Our HR platform is intuitive, data-driven, and built for the way people work today: globally, remotely, and collaboratively.
The Team: People Growth
You’ll be joining the People Growth group, part of our vibrant People & Culture department. We focus on three core areas: talent management, learning, and leadership development—creating the practices, experiences, and opportunities that help Bobbers grow, strengthen our leaders, and enable our organization to thrive.
HiBob is transitioning to a skills-based organization, so we value a growth mindset above all. However, as a small team with a massive global reach, we need someone who can hit the ground running with a diverse toolkit.

HiBob is transitioning to a skills-based organization, so we value a growth mindset above all. However, as a small team with a massive global reach, we need someone who can hit the ground running with a diverse toolkit.
We are looking for:
- 7+ years of experience in Talent Management, Organizational Development, People Strategy, or a related field.
- Proven ownership of end-to-end talent cycles: performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and development planning in a multi-country organization.
- Demonstrated ability to turn people processes into simple, manager-friendly experiences with strong adoption and measurable business impact.
- Strong experience using talent data to generate actionable insights across performance, skills, capability, learning needs, and workforce priorities.
- Experience partnering effectively with HRBPs, business leaders, Learning/People Growth, and commercial enablement teams to address priority capability gaps.
- Proven change leadership skills, including influencing senior stakeholders and embedding new ways of working across complex organizations.
- Strong operating mindset: able to establish clear governance, ownership, processes, and measures of success for global talent programs.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills, with the credibility to challenge leaders constructively.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI thoughtfully to improve talent insights, streamline manager and employee experiences, and scale development - while applying sound judgment around data privacy, fairness, and human decision-making.
- Own HiBob’s core talent cycle, including performance, talent and succession processes.
- Turn those processes into manager-friendly experiences that are clear, well adopted and tied to business decisions.
- Lead the continued development of the Performance Pod and ensure it delivers measurable impact, not just a well-run cycle.
- Build stronger talent and capability insights, drawing together performance, skills, learning needs and workforce priorities.
- Prepare the talent and development foundations needed for next year’s organisational setup, including scalable processes, ownership and governance.
- Lead key change initiatives across stakeholders, bringing them in early enough that new ways of working actually stick.
- Build and develop the Talent capability itself: clarify roles, strengthen expertise, and ensure continuity rather than relying on one person carrying the work.
