About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst to shape and scale our analytical capabilities across the organization.
This role is responsible for building the analytical foundation that enables trusted decision-making, consistent business metrics, AI-powered analytics, and self-service adoption. Working across multiple business domains, you will define standards, improve how analytics is consumed, and help transform analytics into a strategic business capability.
  • 5 years of experience in Business Analytics or Analytics Consulting within a technology company.
  • Advanced SQL and strong analytical capabilities.
  • Strong understanding of business processes, KPI design, semantic layers, and analytical modeling.
  • Proven ability to define standards and lead cross-functional initiatives.
  • Experience building scalable analytical solutions rather than one-off analyses.
  • Strong data storytelling, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Hands-on experience delivering complex data products using AI-powered workflows, including skills, prompts, and agents with tools such as Cursor, Codex, Claude Code, and Cowork.
  • Passion for improving how organizations use data to make decisions.
  • Strong curiosity about emerging AI capabilities and their practical application within analytics.
  • Define and maintain analytical standards, business metrics, and KPI governance across domains.
  • Drive the evolution of the organization’s semantic layer and analytical framework.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve the consistency, quality, and scalability of analytics.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to translate complex processes into trusted analytical assets.
  • Drive AI adoption within the analytics organization by defining best practices, playbooks, and new ways of working.
  • Enable self-service analytics by improving data discoverability, documentation, and user experience.
  • Build reusable frameworks, templates, and methodologies that increase efficiency across the analytics team.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify analytical workflows and improve delivery quality.
  • Mentor analysts and promote analytical excellence across the organization.
  • Act as a thought partner for leadership on analytics strategy, governance, and future capabilities.
