We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to become the founding U.S. Product Manager for Time Off & Attendance, owning the vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution for a product at the intersection of workforce management, compliance, payroll, and employee experience.
This is a rare opportunity to build for the U.S. market from the ground up while partnering with globally distributed teams across the U.S., UK, and Israel. You'll have end-to-end ownership, significant influence on product direction, and the chance to shape a critical part of HiBob's long-term growth strategy.
Fixed Salary Range: $180,000 - $215,000 + benefits & stock options (ISOs)

- Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution for HiBob's Time Off & Attendance products.
- Lead the expansion of our Time Off & Attendance capabilities for the U.S. market while continuing to evolve our UK offering.
- Define and prioritize the product roadmap, balancing customer needs, business priorities, and long-term strategic vision.
- Partner closely with customers to understand workforce management, compliance, payroll, and employee experience challenges, translating complex problems into intuitive product solutions.
- Drive product initiatives from discovery through launch, collaborating closely with Engineering and Design to deliver scalable, high-quality experiences.
- Work cross-functionally with Payroll, Customer Success, Sales, and other product teams to deliver seamless end-to-end workforce management experiences.
- Leverage AI throughout the product lifecycle—from product discovery and prototyping to embedding intelligent capabilities into the customer experience.
- Define success metrics, measure product outcomes, and continuously iterate based on customer feedback and data.
- Champion customer needs while influencing product direction across the organization.
- Given the rest of the team are based in Israel, we can only consider candidates who are physically located in EST timezone.
5+ years of Product Management experience building B2B SaaS products. - Experience owning the strategy, roadmap, and execution of complex, business-critical products.
- Experience building products in one or more of the following domains:
- Time Off
- Attendance
- Workforce Management
- Scheduling
- Time Tracking
- Payroll
- Strong understanding of the U.S. market, including workforce management, leave management, payroll, and compliance requirements.
- Experience building products that integrate with payroll or adjacent workforce systems.
- Demonstrated ability to balance long-term product strategy with hands-on execution.
- Experience leveraging AI throughout the product lifecycle, including product discovery, prototyping, and embedding AI capabilities into customer-facing products.
- Experience collaborating with globally distributed teams across multiple time zones.
- Ability to complete the interview process over the next 2-3 weeks with a target start date around September 1st.
