We’re looking for a Creative Operations Manager to build and run a modern, disciplined operating model for our Brand organization. This role is responsible for scaling how creative work is planned, produced, measured, governed, and improved across internal teams, agencies, and freelancers.
You’ll sit at the intersection of brand, creative, production, systems, and operations. Your mandate is to make the work more efficient, more measurable, and easier to scale without lowering the creative bar. That includes owning workflows, resourcing, tool strategy, AI-enabled ways of working, budget visibility, digital asset management, and governance standards.
This is a strategic and hands-on role for someone who understands how high-performing creative teams operate and can translate that into systems, processes, and operating discipline people will actually use.
  • 7+ years of experience in creative operations, production operations, program management, agency/resource management, or a similar role within a brand, in-house creative team, studio, or agency environment
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to stay tightly aligned with the VP of Brand and build clarity, trust, and follow-through across cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Proven ability to act as a strategic operational partner to the VP of Brand, strengthening planning, prioritization, resource allocation, and execution across the creative organization
  • Proven experience building scalable workflows, operating models, and resource planning processes that increase creative output while maintaining a high standard of quality
  • Experience managing agencies, freelancers, and vendors, including onboarding, performance management, business reviews, and where needed, RFP/tender processes
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders and internal clients to prioritize work, align on scope, and recommend alternatives when requests fall outside budget or business priorities
  • Strong command of project management, resourcing, collaboration, and DAM tools
  • Experience with digital asset management, asset governance, and content operations
  • Experience building reporting frameworks and using operational data to improve workload visibility, SLA performance, partner performance, and overall team effectiveness
  • Experience owning or influencing budgets, forecasting, vendor spend, and creative services financial management in partnership with procurement, accounts payable, and finance
  • Demonstrated leadership and strong cross-functional influence, with the ability to set expectations, create accountability, and drive follow-through
  • Strong program management skills, with the ability to set milestones, manage competing priorities, and keep teams focused on outcomes
  • Excellent judgment, communication, and change management skills
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities
  • Global experience working across cultures, time zones, and language differences
  • Practical experience with AI tools, workflow automation, and operational implementation
  • Lead and scale the Creative Operations function, establishing efficient operating models and best practices across the Brand organization.
  • Design, optimize, and govern end-to-end creative workflows to improve planning, execution, scalability, and operational efficiency.
  • Drive resource planning and production management across internal creative teams, agencies, and freelance partners.
  • Own the Creative Operations technology stack, including workflow management tools, Digital Asset Management (DAM), and AI-powered solutions.
  • Develop and implement AI-enabled processes and automation to enhance productivity and optimize creative operations.
  • Establish governance standards to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance across creative assets and operational processes.
  • Manage creative budgets, forecasting, vendor relationships, and resource allocation in partnership with Finance and Procurement.
  • Build reporting frameworks and leverage operational data to measure performance, improve visibility, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with Brand, Marketing, Product, Finance, and other cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities and support business objectives.
  • Lead operational excellence initiatives that enable high-quality creative output while supporting a fast-paced, global organization
