Your Impact: As the Sales Engineering Manager for UK Enterprise, based out of our London office, you will play a key leadership role in building and scaling our presence across the region. You will lead a team of Sales Engineers supporting a growing and strategically important market segment, ensuring they are equipped to deliver compelling, value-driven solutions to prospective customers.

You will partner closely with regional sales leadership to drive growth, develop talent, and establish HiBob as a trusted partner for Enterprise organisations in the UK and Ireland.

  • Proven experience leading and developing Sales Engineering or pre-sales teams in a SaaS environment
  • Strong track record of hiring, coaching, and scaling high-performing teams
  • Experience supporting enterprise cycles, ideally across the UK & Ireland
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Strong collaboration skills, with experience partnering cross-functionally and with senior stakeholders
  • A people-first leadership approach, with a focus on development, engagement, and performance
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value

  • Lead and Develop Talent: Build, coach, and manage a high-performing team of Sales Engineers, supporting their professional growth and ensuring they consistently perform at a high level.
  • Drive Regional Success: Partner with Sales leadership across the regions to align on strategy, support pipeline growth, and contribute directly to revenue outcomes.
  • Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Marketing, Professional Services, and Engineering to ensure alignment and continuous feedback loops from the field.
  • Build and Scale the Team: Recruit and onboard top Sales Engineering talent, with a focus on Enterprise SaaS expertise and cultural alignment.
  • Enable High-Quality Execution: Ensure your team delivers impactful product demonstrations, technical discovery, and solution positioning that clearly articulate HiBob’s value.
  • Support Strategic Deals: Act as an escalation point for complex opportunities, providing hands-on support in key deals and helping move them forward effectively.
  • Develop Enablement Programs: Partner with internal stakeholders to design and deliver enablement initiatives that strengthen product knowledge, technical skills, and sales effectiveness.
