About the Team
The Product Marketing team at HiBob is made up of thinkers, doers, and storytellers. We’re responsible for translating technical product innovations into clear, human-centered narratives. We partner with product, sales, customer success, and marketing to ensure that our customers and prospects understand what we’ve built, and why it matters.
As the Product Marketing Manager for Core HR, you’ll help shape the vision and story of HiBob’s People Platform for the AI era. Core HR is the foundation of that platform: the people data, workflows, permissions, documents, and employee experiences that make every other product, process, and AI-powered interaction possible. Essential
- Demonstrable experience leading product marketing efforts in a tech company.
- Prior experience in product marketing is essential.
- Experience working in global SaaS environments.
- Strong grasp of the technical aspects of products, with the ability to translate complex features into value-based messaging and clear storytelling.
- Near-native or native-level English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. This role requires the ability to craft precise, compelling messaging, create customer-facing assets, and influence senior stakeholders through clear strategic storytelling.
- A natural storyteller with a strong grasp of rational thinking and structured communication.
- Demonstrable curiosity and willingness to learn quickly, adapt, and work through ambiguity.
- Experience working with or adjacent to product, engineering, or customer-facing teams.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Comfortable using AI tools to enhance productivity, content creation, and strategic thinking.
- Background in a related GTM or marketing role (e.g., sales enablement, growth marketing) with clear crossover into product marketing in a SaaS company.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, value-based messaging, or HR tech is a plus.
We’re looking for a strategic, curious, and commercially minded Product Marketing Manager to help shape the story of Core HR as the foundation of HiBob’s People Platform for the AI era. You’ll partner closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to translate platform capabilities into clear customer value and help define how Bob is positioned in a market being reshaped by AI, automation, and changing expectations from HR, managers, and employees.
- Help define and evolve the Core HR narrative as a foundational part of HiBob’s People Platform for the AI era.
- Translate people data, workflows, permissions, documents, and employee experiences into clear, differentiated customer value.
- Partner with Product leadership to connect Core HR capabilities to HiBob’s broader platform, AI, and employee lifecycle stories.
- Build messaging and positioning that helps customers understand why Core HR is more than a system of record — it is the connected foundation for smarter people operations.
- Develop sales enablement materials including pitch decks, one-pagers, demo narratives, battlecards, objection-handling guides, and value-based talk tracks.
- Support GTM strategy for Core HR launches, roadmap moments, platform narratives, and cross-product stories.
- Conduct customer, market, and competitive research to understand how HR leaders are thinking about people platforms, AI, automation, compliance, and employee experience.
- Partner with Demand Generation, Content, and Brand teams to create campaigns that bring the People Platform for the AI era narrative to market.
- Use sales insights, product usage data, campaign performance, and customer feedback to continuously refine messaging and GTM strategy.
- Act as a strategic voice of the market for Product, bringing customer needs, competitive intelligence, and emerging trends into roadmap and narrative discussions.
