About You

We are looking for a strategic, data-driven, and commercially minded acquisition leader to own and scale HiBob’s global paid growth engine across segments and regions.
This role requires a proven track record in managing Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns within B2B SaaS environments at scale, including large ARR goals and managed budgets, as well as strong leadership abilities to guide a team of campaign managers toward performance excellence.
  • 5+ years of experience in paid acquisition within a B2B SaaS environment, with strong strategic and operational understanding of major paid media platforms including Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and Bing.

  • 3+ years of experience leading and managing a team, with a proven ability to mentor and develop talent.

  • Demonstrated success in driving pipeline growth through strategic paid search and social initiatives and building strategic media plans.

  • Proven ability to conduct market research and translate findings into actionable campaign and marketing strategies.

  • Experience in A/B testing, CRO techniques, and performance optimization.

  • Strong analytical and performance marketing mindset, with experience using modern acquisition, attribution, and reporting tools and AI-powered campaign optimization platforms to drive insights, audience strategy, and media performance.

  • Hands-on experience managing high-budget campaigns across global markets.

  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

  • Results-driven mindset with strong attention to detail and a passion for performance marketing.

  • Strong project management abilities, with experience handling multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.

  • Own and scale HiBob’s global paid acquisition strategy across Search, Paid Social, retargeting, and emerging channels to drive efficient SQL and pipeline growth across segments and regions.
  • Optimize and evolve paid media programs across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, Bing, and AI-driven advertising platforms, continuously improving targeting, creative performance, automation, and campaign efficiency.

  • Leverage AI tools and capabilities to improve campaign execution, audience segmentation, bidding strategies, testing velocity, reporting, and overall operational scale.

  • Manage and optimize significant paid media budgets, ensuring efficient allocation, forecasting, pacing, and ROI performance across channels and markets.

  • Lead a high-performing team of paid acquisition managers, fostering a culture of experimentation, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

  • Partner closely with Regional Marketing, Web, Creative, RevOps, and Operations teams to align acquisition strategies with business goals and improve funnel performance end-to-end.

  • Drive ongoing experimentation through A/B testing, landing page optimization, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives to improve conversion quality and pipeline impact.

  • Analyze market trends, audience behavior, competitive insights, and campaign performance data to inform strategy, messaging, and growth opportunities.

  • Stay ahead of industry shifts, platform changes, and emerging AI capabilities to ensure HiBob remains at the forefront of modern B2B acquisition marketing.
