You’ll work on multi-step user journeys, navigate interconnected systems, and turn complex problems into intuitive, scalable experiences.This is a hands-on, high-impact role that requires strong product thinking, a proactive mindset, and the ability to operate independently in situations with ambiguity.You’ll collaborate closely with Product, R&D, and cross-functional stakeholders, taking ownership from early discovery through final delivery.

- Collaborate closely with Product and R&D to align on priorities, constraints, and trade-offs
- Work across teams and stakeholders to ensure consistency and alignment across the product
- Refine UI to balance usability, clarity, and consistency across the platform
- Give and receive feedback as part of a collaborative design culture
- Use AI tools to accelerate exploration, improve decision-making, and enhance design quality
- 5+ years of experience designing SaaS products
- Proven experience designing complex systems, including data-heavy interfaces and multi-step workflows
- Strong ability to think systemically and understand cross-product dependencies
- Experience taking features end-to-end, from research and exploration to final execution
- A proactive, independent mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive solutions forward
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain design decisions and trade-offs
- Experience working with multiple teams and stakeholders
- Familiarity with HRIS or HR-related domains - a strong advantage!
- Design scalable, intuitive solutions for complex, data-heavy workflows
- Take ownership of features from early discovery through design, validation, and delivery
- Explore multiple directions and approaches before converging on a solution
- Simplify complex systems and flows into clear, usable experiences
- Collaborate closely with Product and R&D to align on priorities, constraints, and trade-offs
- Work across teams and stakeholders to ensure consistency and alignment across the product
