You’ll be great for this role if you have:
The goal of launching a successful B2B tech sales career
Fluency in English & and a Nordic language
Desire to work in a fast-paced, hyper-growth start-up working environment
Strong work ethic, integrity and desire to succeed, both individually and as part of your team
Passionate about people and building relationships
Enthusiastic, reliable self-starter with strong organisational skills
Territory development: Prospect, identify, initiate, develop and nurture business relationships and opportunities in market/target accounts to generate new business opportunities
Perform outbound calls and engage in other forms of communication (i.e. email, live events etc.) to prospect new opportunities
Identify key decision-makers, determine buying readiness and timelines
Create account maps and strategies – ensure quality and well-researched opportunities.
Strategise with account executives on approach and traction to new business opportunities
Capture and manage information/data/metrics in Salesforce
Provide feedback to marketing on what conversations/content work well and what isn't working, seeking continuous improvement
