  • Experience in one or more Go To Market functions or roles, such as Account Executive, Business Development, Marketing, Sales Engineering, Account Management, Customer Success, Partnerships, or related commercial roles.

  • Experience in a B2B SaaS environment is preferred.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • A proactive, curious, and resourceful mindset.

  • Ability to understand customer, market, or business needs and translate them into value-driven solutions, experiences, or outcomes.

  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally in fast-paced environments.

  • Fluency in German (C2) and English, both written and spoken.

  • Experience working in the DACH market.

  • Drive growth across the DACH region through pipeline generation, revenue, customer adoption, retention, or expansion.

  • Build strong relationships with prospects, customers, and partners.

  • Deliver compelling outreach, campaigns, presentations, demos, proposals, or strategic conversations tailored to customer needs.

  • Partner cross-functionally to create excellent prospect and customer experiences.

  • Share market insights and customer feedback to help strengthen our go-to-market strategy.

  • Represent HiBob with energy, professionalism, and a strong understanding of our product and value proposition.
