**Note: We will only consider candidates located in the Toronto Metro Area who are willing to work in our Toronto office 2-3 days a week. We love collaborating and connecting with our team members in-person, and we hope you will too!**
Base salary for this role ranges from $64,000 - $80,000 CAD per year. Additionally this role has a variable compensation component.
Working cross-functionally, our AEs attract and sign exciting new companies to drive the growth of HiBob. They manage the whole sales cycle, from prospecting through to closing.
What you’ll bring:SaaS Sales Expertise: 1+ years of experience closing deals within a SaaS environment.
Proven Track Record: Experience managing and closing deals valued at $25k+ within organizations of 100+ employees.
Pipeline Mastery: A self-starter attitude with the ability to prospect and generate 40-50% of your own pipeline.
Reliable Forecasting: Demonstrated success in accurately forecasting and consistently hitting revenue targets.
Startup DNA: A desire to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where adaptability is key.
Core Values: High integrity, a strong work ethic, and a genuine hunger to succeed.
Autonomy: The discipline to work effectively both remotely and independently.
Education: Post-secondary education is highly preferred.
Extra Credit:
Experience within the HR-tech space.
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a major plus!
Proactively prospect and nurture high-value relationships to fuel a consistent engine of new business.
Deliver captivating product demonstrations that don’t just show features but solve complex HR headaches.
Execute creative outbound strategies to build and maintain a robust, high-velocity revenue stream.
Identify and engage key decision-makers, mastering the art of timing and buying readiness.
Maintain a pristine Salesforce CRM, using data and metrics as your North Star for sales success.
Represent HiBob at trade shows and industry events, turning handshakes into high-value opportunities.
