The Professional Services team sits within the Customer Success department in HiBob. Within Professional Services we are responsible for providing consultation and enablement to HiBob customers. Supporting them through the implementation of HiBob to ensure they get the best out of the solution.

  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop Professional Services teams within a SaaS environment, with demonstrated experience driving team performance and accountability.

  • Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills, including C-suite communication.

  • Comfortable using modern tools and technologies to improve team effectiveness and delivery qualityStrong negotiation and conflict-resolution abilities

  • Proven experience delivering and leading Professional Services / Implementation projects in a SaaS environment

  • Skilled capacity management and team development

  • Ability to manage a broad portfolio of team-led projects across multiple concurrent implementationsStrong understanding of SaaS and the technology industry

  • Experience in HR technology / HRIS is highly desirable

  • Strong project and delivery management experience across multiple concurrent, fast-paced implementations

  • Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to think outside of the box

  • Ability to interact with product specialists and development teams around delivery/roadmap

  • A proactive, solutions-oriented approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills

  • A strong work ethic, integrity and desire to succeed

  • Strong operational management experience, including utilisation, capacity planning, forecasting, and delivering projects within budget

  • Experience improving team performance, introducing structure, and operating effectively in a scaling or evolving environment

  • Ability to bring structure, prioritisation, and accountability to a team environment

About You


We are looking for an experienced, energetic and positive manager within our Professional Services team. You will have great interpersonal skills as well as a strong bias towards excellent client service. You will be analytical and have great organisational skills. You are a quick learner and serious about making an impact.


What will you do?

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Implementation Managers, driving performance, accountability, and delivery quality
  • Own the performance and delivery of your team’s project portfolio, ensuring strong governance, prioritisation, and successful outcomes
  • Support your team in delivering high-quality customer implementations, acting as a senior escalation point where needed
  • Partner with customers and internal teams to ensure best practice, successful delivery, and strong customer outcomes
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and other stakeholders to drive excellence in service delivery
  • Oversee Statements of Work, project planning, and delivery alignment for customer engagements
  • Monitor and manage KPIs through data-driven analysis, including project risks, dependencies, and performance metrics
  • Drive operational excellence across the team, including utilisation, forecasting, time tracking, and delivery discipline
  • Contribute to improving processes and ways of working as the Professional Services function continues to scale
