The Integrated Marketing Lead, Business Banking will lead our marketing efforts for Business Banking focusing on our Complex+ Audience across all channels UK and EU, driving the marketing strategy and delivering campaigns that align with Monzo’s business objectives. You will also manage teams to deliver these campaigns where relevant.

In this role, you will have the following capabilities:

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Ability to effectively align and guide Marketing centres of excellence (across channels, content and other areas) to drive campaigns for Monzo’s savings, investment & insurance teams that are cohesive and impactful
  • Strategic Thinking & Vision: Capacity to develop a comprehensive and scalable marketing strategy that drives outcomes for Monzo’s savings, investment & insurance products, while balancing the overall capacity of Marketing centers of excellence
  • B2B Excellence: Deep understanding of SMB/micro-business marketing, from acquisition funnels and lifecycle journeys to account-based and content-led strategies.
  • Commercial Acumen in Marketing: Strong understanding of budget management and resource allocation, with knowledge of which campaigns deliver value for your Collective
  • Integrated Campaign Design: Expertise in crafting and executing integrated marketing campaigns that connect messaging, creative assets, and channels to create a unified and compelling product narrative.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Proficiency in using data and analytics to evaluate marketing performance, identify opportunities for optimization, and refine strategies/portfolios of campaigns

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Set, develop and execute the integrated marketing strategy for Complex + audience (with support of senior director) both semi-annually and on an on-going basis (as needed).
  • Ensure the portfolio of campaigns is delivered, collaborating with teams in Marketing (in particular PMM), product and growth. You need to drive consistency, transparency and alignment of these campaigns across these groups
  • Manage departmental budget, and the capacity for campaigns within owned channels. Work closely with finance and relevant teams to ensure capacity allocation aligns with business priorities
  • Work very closely with the Sales team to plan, track and deliver marketing and sales programs that drive aggressive growth.
  • Monitor and report on performance, tracking key metrics and regularly providing updates to senior leadership
  • Lead the optimisation of marketing campaigns, acting as either thought partner or operator/executor depending on importance.
  • Support stakeholder communication by preparing presentations, strategic updates, and reports, ensuring leadership stays informed of key outcomes

  • Have strong analytical skills and are comfortable with tools like spreadsheets and Looker
  • Are experienced in managing both cash budgets and channel capacity in a marketing context
  • Are organised, detail-oriented, and an excellent project manager.
  • Communicate effectively and clearly
