What we’re looking for:

The Chief of Staff (CoS) will support the VP of Marketing, working across marketing functions and product growth. You'll play a critical role in managing operations, aligning leadership, and driving strategic initiatives.

  • Leadership Team Support: Assist the VP in running leadership team (LT) meetings, preparing materials, and representing them in key discussions.
  • Strategic Oversight: Ensure marketing and growth initiatives are on track, providing updates and alignment with leadership.
  • Data-Driven Storytelling: Use data to create compelling presentations and reports that support marketing and growth priorities.
  • Execution & Accountability: Oversee the implementation of initiatives, collaborating with senior leaders to keep projects on track.
  • Strategic Doer: Combine hands-on execution with strategic thinking to align cross-functional teams with the VP’s vision.
  • Operational Collaboration: Partner with the VP's EA and Operations & Strategy Director to coordinate key initiatives, ensuring alignment across teams.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Formulating and executing strategic projects.
  • Managing key processes like headcount approval and budget oversight.
  • Monitoring performance data, leading strategic initiatives, and driving regular reporting.
  • Collaborating across the company to remove roadblocks and solve complex challenges.
  • Organising team engagement initiatives.
  • Preparing the VP for meetings with key stakeholders (e.g., regulators, investors, journalists).
  • Drafting and communicating major updates.
  • Representing the VP in the organisation and at key forums.

You’ll Love This Role If You…

  • Bring experience in tech or a regulated environment (ideally financial services).
  • Are passionate about building inclusive, high-performing teams.
  • Have strong analytical skills and are comfortable with tools like spreadsheets and Looker.
  • Are a problem solver who takes initiative to create high impact for stakeholders.
  • Excel at stakeholder management and constructive feedback.
  • Are experienced in budget management and financial analysis.
  • Are a curious, multi-tasker who thrives in fast-paced, varied environments.
  • Are organised, detail-oriented, and an excellent project manager.
  • Communicate effectively and clearly.

The Interview Process:

Our interview process involves three main stages:

  1. Recruiter Call (30mins)
  2. Initial Call (30 mins)
  3. x2 interviews via Google Meet (x2 60mins)

Our average process takes around 3-4 weeks but we will always work around your availability.

📍This role will be based out of our London office next to Liverpool Street station in a hybrid approach of office based and home working or on a fully remote basis within the UK.
