About our Finance Team:

We are looking for a Finance Transformation Consultant on a 12 month fixed term contract to support Monzo’s Finance ERP programme team and assist the Finance Function and the wider business to implement SAP S4 Hana.

You will be responsible for delivering against programme plans and working with the business to ensure the change is managed and delivered effectively, on time and within scope.

The Role

Everyday you’ll:

  • Understand the scope and functionality of S/4 Hana modules to support the implementation and provide critical feedback on application
  • Provide the necessary support for the integration of S/4 Hana on a process by process basis, supporting with any required remediation, data cleansing and modification of in house processes and ways of working
  • Support the coordination and delivery of training of SAP, new processes and controls within finance and across the wider business
  • Work closely with the programme team to deliver on time outcomes to the business, ensuring deliverables are well managed and within scope
  • Support the delivery of the programme communication plan, ensuring all stakeholders are aware of the changes and brought along the journey
  • Lead the delivery of work streams and pieces of work by owning and defining the delivery plan
  • Lead the documentation of processes impacted by the new ERP and complete the change impact assessments ensuring effects on end users are captured and managed correctly
  • Implement Change and Transformation activities required to embed new behaviours, practices and business processes
  • Document and implement change impact assessments including role mapping for end users

You should apply if you:

  • Have prior experience in change management, particularly in large-scale SAP S4 Hana implementations (bonus points if you've tackled the migration of data from NetSuite to SAP!)
  • Possess impeccable writing skills, ideal for crafting internal communications, drafting internal documents, and offering astute business advice.
  • Are a skilled communicator with an ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Thrive on challenges and are always eager to learn and adapt.
  • Have advanced analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Our interview process involves 3 main stages:

  • Recruiter call
  • Initial call with the hiring manager
  • 2-3 calls with various stakeholders
