Following our viral launch, we’re looking for a Growth Lead to help us sustain and accelerate our growth momentum.

This is a founder-adjacent role for someone who wants to build, not just support. You’ll work side by side with the founders on the highest-leverage growth opportunities, turning ideas into real-world impact and shaping how the company scales from the ground up.

This role is inherently hands-on and experimental. You’ll take ownership of ambiguous problems, identify where growth can come from, and execute quickly. If you’re excited by outsized ownership, rapid iteration, and having a direct influence on product and go-to-market, this role offers a front-row seat to building a breakout company.

What you'll work on

  • Partner closely with founders and product engineering to design and optimize user flows that drive activation, retention, and monetization

  • Analyze user behavior and growth data to identify opportunities, run experiments, and inform product and GTM decisions

  • Conceptualize and execute creative growth initiatives across channels. Launch and iterate on campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion

  • Own end-to-end execution of high-impact growth projects, from idea to rollout to iteration

  • Build lightweight systems, dashboards, and feedback loops to track performance and guide decision-making

  • Operate across functions, bringing structure and clarity to ambiguous, high-priority initiatives

Who We’re Looking For

  • You’ve led or played a key role in driving growth, whether through product-led growth, marketing, or scrappy experimentation and can point to measurable impact

  • You’re highly analytical and comfortable using data to guide decisions, while also trusting intuition to move quickly

  • You enjoy working closely with product and engineering teams and have a strong instinct for building growth into the product itself

  • You thrive in ambiguity and take initiative to define problems and drive them through to execution

  • You’re both strategic and hands-on, you can think big, but you’re equally excited to dive in and ship

  • You’re an excellent communicator, able to translate ideas into clear plans and compelling narratives

  • You’re scrappy, resourceful, and energized by early-stage environments
