About the role
This is a founder-adjacent role for someone who wants to help build the company, not just support it. You’ll work side-by-side with the founders on the highest-leverage growth initiatives, turning ideas into real-world impact from first principles.
This role is about turning messy, ambiguous problems into momentum and directly shaping the company’s growth trajectory. If you’re excited by outsized ownership, fast decisions, and having a visible hand in how a startup scales, this role gives you a front-row seat and real influence over what gets built and how we grow.
What you'll work on
Partner closely with the founders to drive priority growth initiatives. You’ll help translate big-picture goals into concrete plans and ensure they happen.
Lead and execute high-impact growth and marketing projects end-to-end, from ideation and experimentation to launch and iteration. This could include GTM strategy, positioning, partnerships, or demand generation.
Own ambiguous, high-stakes projects that don’t yet have a clear owner. You’ll be expected to figure out the “what” and the “how.”
Help build lightweight systems, processes, and metrics that keep the team focused, aligned, and moving quickly as the company scales.
Bring structure and insight to critical decisions by synthesizing data, user feedback, and market context into clear, actionable recommendations.
Who we’re looking for
You likely come from consulting + startup experience, or you’ve built in fast-moving environments as a founder, early operator, or in a design/marketing-led role.
You’ve led or played a key role in growth or marketing initiatives and can point to tangible impact. You understand how strategy connects to execution.
You’re energized, not intimidated by unclear problems and early-stage chaos. You can create clarity where none exists.
You can distill complex ideas into clear narratives, whether you’re aligning stakeholders, shaping positioning, or writing a crisp strategy doc.
You think like an owner, balance speed with quality, and make thoughtful tradeoffs that compound over time.
You’re scrappy, resourceful, and willing to roll up your sleeves - this is not a purely strategic role
Why you will enjoy working here
Unmatched learning velocity: You’ll work directly with founders who built Dover (raised $23M) and Heap (valued at $960M, acquired). This is rare, hands-on exposure to how successful founders think, decide, and operate.
Early, real ownership: You’ll take full ownership of critical growth and marketing initiatives, with real authority and accountability. Your work won’t be buried; it will directly shape our growth trajectory and the company’s overall direction.
Founder-level problems, not busywork: You’ll spend your time on the highest-leverage questions facing the business: where to invest next, how we tell our story, what to ship, and how to scale what’s working. This role exists to move the company forward, not to maintain process.
High bar, low ego: You’ll be surrounded by people who care deeply about excellence, move fast, and value good ideas over hierarchy.
Speed & visible impact: You’ll ship, learn, and iterate quickly. With a tight feedback loop and a high bar for quality, you’ll see the impact of your work within weeks
