Founding GTM Lead

We're looking for our first GTM hire to help define, build, and scale our go-to-market strategy. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working directly with customers while building the systems, processes, and strategy that drive long-term growth.
As our Founding GTM Lead, you'll partner closely with the founders to shape our GTM strategy, refine our positioning, and build a repeatable customer growth engine. You'll own the customer journey from initial engagement through onboarding, adoption, expansion, and long-term success, ensuring our most strategic customers realize value and continue to grow with us.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and wants significant ownership in an early-stage company.
We're looking for someone who:
Has experience in a customer-facing role - sales, consulting, partnerships, customer success, business development, or similar.
Is a strong product thinker who enjoys understanding customer needs and turning insights into product and GTM strategy.
Can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Is excited to build scalable systems, processes, and automation from the ground up.
Communicates complex ideas clearly and builds trusted relationships with stakeholders.
Wants to be an early employee with meaningful ownership and influence.
Bonus: You've been an early employee, founder, or have leadership experience.
You'll spend your time:
Partnering with founders to define and execute our go-to-market strategy.
Designing and implementing scalable GTM playbooks, CRM workflows, and customer lifecycle processes.
Leading customer discovery, demos, onboarding, and adoption to ensure customers achieve value quickly.
Building strong relationships with strategic customers, identifying opportunities to upsell, expand, and deepen partnerships.
Collaborating with product and design to translate customer insights into product improvements, positioning, and roadmap decisions.
Refining messaging, pricing, and customer engagement strategies based on market and customer feedback.
Building automation systems that streamline sales, onboarding, customer communications, and reporting.
Experimenting across acquisition, onboarding, retention, and expansion initiatives to identify scalable growth opportunities.
