Role Summary:
As our Head of Product Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in bringing our cutting-edge large language models and platform to market. Your unique skill set will blend technical understanding with the ability to communicate benefits and features to technical and business-focused audiences. You will need to shape the value proposition of going from our open models to our enterprise-generative AI solutions while fostering brand adoption from the bottom up (through developers) and from the top (through executive decision-makers).
Key Responsibilities:
Product Messaging & Content Creation:
Develop compelling content that effectively communicates our solutions' value proposition and technical advantages. Examples include
website content, materials targeted toward developers and targeted toward key decision makes.
Craft insightful and persuasive presentation slides tailored for diverse audiences (incl. press & media)
Design and maintain a robust 'battle card' to equip sales and technical teams with essential information, responses, and tactics for potential customer inquiries.
Customer Understanding & Market Intelligence:
Create deep understanding of customers’ needs and pain points fast (through customer research, creating detailed buyer and buyer personas, etc.) and use the generated insight to guide product development and marketing strategies
Research and stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies.
Collaborate with the product team to ensure marketing strategies align with product enhancements and launches.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with sales, technical, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and positioning across all channels.
Support the training of internal teams on the product's unique selling points, advantages, and potential applications.
Feedback Loop:
Collect and analyse customer, partner, and market feedback to inform product improvements and marketing strategies.
Event Strategy & Preparation:
Lay out our event strategy around industry events, webinars, and conferences, representing the brand and product.
Prepare materials and content for event participation.
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in product marketing in the tech or software industry -- AI expertise is a plus
Exceptional ability to create and articulate value propositions, messaging, and product and brand positioning across all relevant stakeholders and to package these as compelling stories that engage target audiences
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (native) and, ideally, other European languages
Familiarity with cloud computing concepts, LLMs and AI products
Experience with content creation tools and platforms
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience marketing open-source products or b2b SaaS products
Eye for beauty and very appealing designs
Understanding of machine learning, specifically generative models
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
