MinIO, the leader in cloud native object storage, is looking for a learning innovator to help design, deploy, and manage a new 360 learning platform deployment that will serve customers, partners, and internal associates. This platform will be an extension of MinIO's core product offering, placing this initiative squarely on the company's critical path. At MinIO, everyone is both a leader and a doer. In this role, your scope as a leader will include revenue model generation, learner experience best practices, learning path development and assessment, badging, and community development. As a doer, you will be responsible for setting up and managing the SaaS based platform to achieve both company and learner success.

What you will do:

  • Define and implement strategies for our learning technology suite and specifically the SaaS learning platform
  • Design and deploy a repeatable approach for customer, partner, and internal learning paths
  • Contribute previous knowledge and insight into revenue generating online customer training programs
  • Create and implement a badging program
  • Establish and moderate online learning communities
  • Working with global delivery partners, coordinate dedicated, private training for enterprise customers


Requirements

  • At least 5 years of professional experience serving as the strategic owner and operator of a customer facing learning platform
  • Exceptional organization and project management skills
  • An affinity for technology, both within the L&D ecosystem and in general
  • Prior training and applied instructional design experience
  • Familiarity with Learning Experience Platforms (LXPs) and the enhancements they contribute to an online learning experience
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
