  • You're obsessed with process and workflow efficiency
  • You can work with data — Excel, basic SQL, or BI tools (doesn't need to be expert)
  • You think systematically — if something breaks once, it should never break the same way again
  • You're comfortable with ambiguity and can figure things out without perfect instructions
  • Prior experience in D2C, startups, or fast-growing companies is a strong plus
  • You care about communication — you know when to escalate and when to handle yourself
  • You have strong Excel skills and can build simple dashboards
  • You're detail-oriented but not pedantic — you know what actually matters
  • You think like a founder — this is our business, not someone else's

Why Meolaa?

We're scaling from 15 people to 100+ in the next year. That requires operational discipline. You'll own the processes and dashboards that keep Growth, Supply Chain, and Finance aligned. You'll see the impact of your work immediately — when you build a good SOP, it saves the team hours every week.

You won't be stuck doing admin work. You'll be building the operational infrastructure of a ₹100Cr+ company. That's real impact.

This isn't a role where you take orders and execute.

This is a role where you identify problems and fix them.
