Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Senior People Operations Associate to join our growing global team. The Senior People Operations Associate will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day HR functions and ensuring a positive employee experience. This position will be responsible for assisting with onboarding, maintaining employee records, global HR compliance, vendor management and providing administrative support to the People Operations team.

Responsibilities:

  • HRIS/Tech Stack: Provide basic support for HR technology platforms, including troubleshooting user issues, assisting with system updates, and contributing to system optimization efforts.

  • Processes: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within HR operations. Participate in projects aimed at streamlining workflows and enhancing the employee experience. Execute and administer key HR operational processes including onboarding, offboarding, employee data management, benefits administration support, payroll processing support, and HRIS data entry and maintenance. Perform all background checks and employment verifications.

  • Documentation, Compliance and Audit: Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, documentation, and process workflows in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and internal policies. Perform monthly onboarding/offboarding audit. Own global compliance management and audit reporting.

  • Data Management and Integrity: Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of employee data within HR systems (e.g., HRIS, payroll). Perform regular audits to identify and resolve data discrepancies. Perform ad hoc changes on a regular basis.

  • Vendor Management: Manage HR vendors from procurement through payment. Coordinate contract with legal, obtain vendor approval from Accounting, process invoices for payment. Complete information requests from accounts payable/accounting.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with other HR team members (e.g., Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, Compensation & Benefits) and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless HR service delivery.

  • Project Support: Provide support for various HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

  • Policy Adherence: Ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures across the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR operations or similar role.

  • Basic understanding of HR principles, practices, and relevant employment laws.

  • Experience working with HRIS and other HR technology platforms (e.g., payroll systems, benefits administration platforms).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) are highly desirable.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy.

  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain data integrity.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Fluency in English, Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills with a customer-service orientation.

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.

  • A proactive and continuous improvement mindset.

  • Travel Requirement: Must be available to work in the office when required, or at least once a week, and be able to travel both domestically and internationally, approximately 10% of the time.
