Summary:

Menlo Security is seeking a seasoned and visionary Director of Product Management for products of our secure enterprise browser portfolio. Based in India, this is a high-impact, entrepreneurial role where you will own the “number” for your products and be responsible for the overall success of our browser security solutions across multiple geographies. You will build and lead a high-performing team of product managers, driving the strategy, roadmap, and execution from ideation to launch and beyond. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the browser security landscape, a proven track record of building and scaling successful product teams, and the ability to think and act like a CEO within their domain.

We're looking for a true product leader who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You'll need to be a strategic thinker, a strong communicator, and a decisive decision-maker. You'll be responsible for not only defining the product vision but also ensuring its successful execution, driving revenue growth, and maximizing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • General Management: Lead multiple PMs for our Browser Security product portfolio. Set ambitious goals, develop and execute strategies to achieve them, and be accountable for the overall success of the product line. Serve as a senior leader in the India office and mentor cross-functional relationships.

  • Team Leadership: Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing team of product managers across multiple geographies. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. Empower your team to own their product areas and make impactful decisions.

  • Product Strategy: Define and evolve the overall product strategy for Menlo Security's browser security portfolio, aligning with the company's vision and customer needs. Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.

  • Customer & Market Focus: Develop a deep understanding of customer pain points, market trends, and competitive landscape. Ensure the product team is laser-focused on delivering solutions that solve real customer problems and create a competitive advantage.

  • Product Roadmap & Execution: Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that outlines key features, releases, and timelines for the browser security portfolio. Prioritize initiatives strategically, balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility. Drive flawless execution and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, sales, marketing, customer success, and other stakeholders to ensure successful product development, launch, and adoption. Foster strong relationships and collaboration across teams and geographies.

  • Metrics & Growth: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the browser security product portfolio. Use data to inform decision-making, measure success, and drive continuous improvement. Identify and execute growth strategies to expand market share and revenue.

  • Thought Leadership: Represent Menlo Security as a thought leader in the browser security space. Speak at industry events, conferences, and webinars. Contribute to thought leadership content and evangelize the company's vision.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role managing product teams and P&Ls. Deep expertise in cybersecurity, preferably with a focus on browser security, endpoint management, or related technologies.

  • General Management Skills: Proven track record of owning and driving the success of a product line. Strong business acumen, financial modeling skills, and experience with go-to-market strategies.

  • Leadership & Team Building: Ability to build, inspire, and mentor high-performing product teams. Strong communication, collaboration, and decision-making skills.

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and develop a long-term product vision. Experience in setting and executing product strategy across multiple geographies.

  • Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of browser technology, security vulnerabilities, and the broader cybersecurity landscape. Familiarity with AI/ML, compliance frameworks, web technologies, and desktop management ecosystems.

  • Passion: A genuine passion for cybersecurity and a desire to make a real impact on the industry.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hands-on development work with leading browsers: Experience in enterprise cyber security, with experience with web technologies, browser technologies, developing extensions, plugins, or other integrations for browsers.

MBA or equivalent experience: Demonstrates a strong foundation in business strategy and decision-making.
